Return

We are passionate about making products hoping it becomes your new favourite. However, we understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations. With that, we offer a 14-day return after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. The items must all have the original tags and intact packaging. Please provide a proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at Fouriuau@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed. Please send the returns to the following address, Parcel Locker 1020060382. 306 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006. Shipping costs are at buyers expense and are non refundable. Original shipping costs are non refundable which means only the price of the items will be refunded.

We strongly recommend to obtain a tracking number on returned items or purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

Custom Orders

We do not accept returns for exchange of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices. Please thoroughly check the said details before placing your orders.

Final Sales

Final clearance items cannot be refunded. Refund is only applicable to regular priced items.

Exchanges and Damage and Issues

Occasionally, damages or issues may occur. Please thoroughly inspect your items after receiving your orders. If the items are found to be faulty or have any issues please contact us via email at Fouriuau@gmail.com. We will respond with instructions and resolutions.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned items and notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us if you have not received your refund after 15 days since we have approved your return.
