Shipping policy

All items are posted from Bowen Hills Australia  via Australia Post.  Once you have received the confirmation from us that we received your order, we aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders as per below:

SHIPPING RATES

Regular - $10.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide. Regular shipping time is 2-6 business days.

Express - $15 flat rate shipping Australia wide. Express shipping time is 1-4 business days.

New Zealand - $15 flat rate shipping. Shipping is free when you spend over $150 AUD. Shipping time can take between 6-27 days.

International - $25 flat rate shipping. Shipping is free when you spend over $250 AUD. Shipping time can take between 6-27 days.

• Please also note that duties and taxes can incur across some international orders. These are applied by your residing countries government. All customs duties, foreign taxes and other fees are the customer's responsibility so please bear this in mind when ordering.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the buyer’s expense. 

Please obtain a tracking number on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

If you wish to return an item please contact us for our shipping procedure at Fouriu.com.au. We do not accept any items returned to us without emailing prior.
